  We will ship using USPS, UPS, -Fedex or Speedee (available only in certain areas).
Shipping charges are current carrier rates unless J & J Candles is running a shipping promotion.
We normally ship within 3 days unless the customer is otherwise notified.  Ship times may take longer during peak holiday season (November 1 through December 25
You will be notified via email if there is a delay in shipping due to product shortages.
We do not ship outside of the US.
If we ship in multiple packages we will provide tracking numbers for each box. You will not be charged any extra money for shipping if we have to use multiple boxes.
